Festive Berry Smoothies Recipe

A Yummy recipe for festive berry smoothies. With sugar rimmed glasses and a raspberry sauce design these are a fancy healthy treat.


1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1 ripe banana
1 cup Greek yogurt
1-2 tablespoons honey
1 cup ice

1/4 cup sugar
1 lemon wedge
Raspberry sauce
1/2 cup raspberries
1/8 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice


To make the Raspberry sauce. Combine raspberries and sugar in a saucepan on medium heat. Cook until raspberries are broken down, about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and strain to eliminate seeds. Chill until ready to use.

For the Smoothie. Combine strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, banana, Greek yogurt, honey and 1 cup ice in blender until smooth.

Place sugar into a small bowl wide enough for your glasses to touch the bottom.

Run lemon wedge lightly around the rim of glasses and dip damp glass rim into sugar.

Pour smoothie into glasses and spoon a design on top with cold raspberry sauce to serve.
